Fifteen of the thirty large-format photographs from Richard Rivera’s Eagles of New York™ collection are being made available for purchase.
Rivera’s distinctive art pieces, selected from hundreds of photographs, are to be exhibited at major galleries, museums, sold to art collectors, and published in fine art book. Eagles of New York™ is the first of a planned series of large-scale art projects in major cities around the world—for example, Faces of Melbourne™ begun in December 2012.
Limited production per photographic image comprise: one large format transparency mounted in a lightbox and five archival inkjet prints, plus one artist’s proof.
